RI will winterize your residential home ahead of the cold snaps: the full plumbing drain-down — system drained, water heater drained, and traps protected with non-toxic antifreeze — and the work is photo-documented when we’re done.

Insurance claims — documented, estimated & restored
When a home is damaged, the quality of the documentation decides how completely the loss gets understood. RI handles the contractor side of the claim professionally — thorough scope documentation, detailed estimates, and restoration to pre-loss condition.
Document the full scope of loss
We inspect and document the damage thoroughly — photos, measurements, and a complete scope of loss, including damage that isn’t obvious at first look, recorded as found.
Detailed estimate & supplements
We prepare a detailed written estimate for the documented scope and coordinate with the adjuster. When additional damage is found during the work, we prepare and file supplemental documentation as needed — with photos and scope notes to support it.
Restore to pre-loss condition
Approved repairs are completed as needed and per code, with the goal of returning the home to its pre-loss condition and full value — documented from start to finish.
RI documents the loss, prepares the estimates and supplements, coordinates with the adjuster, and performs the restoration. Claim decisions and payment amounts are made by the insurance company — no contractor can guarantee an outcome, and we won’t promise one. What we stand behind is complete documentation and quality restoration work.

How much does it cost to winterize a home in San Antonio?
Our current promotion is $250 per residential home for standard winterization, done as needed and per code, with photo documentation. Vacant and REO properties are quoted by scope. Book through the dedicated Winterization Booking form before the next cold snap.
What are REO services, and do you offer them?
Yes. REO (real estate owned) services cover bank-owned and foreclosed properties: securing, trash outs and cleanouts, winterization, grounds care, make-ready repairs, emergency repairs, and photo-documented reporting for banks, asset managers, realtors, and property managers.
Can you help sell the property, too?
Yes. A licensed Texas broker with over 30 years of experience is available through RI to manage assets and properties end to end — property management, market analysis, BPOs (broker price opinions), and getting the property listed and on the market. The same call that preserves the property can also price it and sell it.
What does an REO inspection cover?
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing condition for bank-owned properties — each checked and photographed, with a written condition report for asset managers, banks, and servicers.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We document the full scope of loss, prepare detailed estimates, file supplemental documentation as needed when additional damage is found, coordinate with the adjuster, and restore the home toward its pre-loss condition. Claim decisions and amounts are made by the insurer — we stand behind the documentation and the restoration work.
Do you handle small repairs and handyman work?
